Hardwood Maple Bench Knife (dough knife/bench scraper).Honed flat edge for making accurate + sharp cuts. Commonly used for cutting, mixing and stirring doughs and pastries. Finished with a food safe mineral oil/Beeswax mixture. 

Handwash only with mild detergents. Do not soak.
