Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We use USPS for all our shipments unless otherwise requested. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days after it has been shipped.

5. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the USPS website.

7. Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at asteriasolcreations@gmail.com. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping with the exception of Canada.
